30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Electric bikes must have less than 10 miles of usage and be returned in original condition with all accessories included.

  • Free from dust, dirt, or damage

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item. 
Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Please note that returns must be approved before sending the item back. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

To ensure proper processing of your return request, please contact our support team before returning any item. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide the correct return address and detailed return instructions.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we may not be able to receive unauthorized returns.

If a customer refuses delivery without prior approval, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item is:

  • defective

  • damaged during shipping

  • incorrect

please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos or video evidence so we can evaluate the issue and provide a suitable solution.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Products returned after the 30-day return period

  • Used or damaged items caused by improper use

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Gift cards

Some accessories may not be eligible for return once installed or used.


Returns for Non-Quality Issues

If the return is requested for personal reasons (such as change of mind), 

For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

For defective or damaged items, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Large items such as electric bikes may incur return shipping costs depending on the carrier and delivery location.

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.


Returns for Quality Issues

If the product has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged, ZorixBike will assist in resolving the issue and may provide a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our support team.

The fastest way to ensure you receive the correct product is to return the original item and place a new order once the return request has been approved.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.


Order Cancellation

Before Shipping
Orders can be canceled free of charge before they are shipped.

After Shipping
If the order has already been shipped, return shipping costs may apply.

To avoid unnecessary charges, we recommend refusing the package upon delivery if you wish to cancel the order.
