Fast & Free Shipping from Our US Warehouse

All ZorixBike electric bikes are shipped directly from our US warehouse to ensure fast and reliable delivery across the United States. We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.


Shipping Area

ZorixBike currently ships within the United States only.

Shipping is available to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).

We do not ship to the following locations:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • Puerto Rico

  • APO/FPO addresses

  • P.O. Boxes


Shipping Warehouse

All ZorixBike electric bikes are shipped from our local warehouse in the United States.

Some accessories may be shipped from our international warehouse depending on stock availability.
Delivery times for these items may be longer and will be clearly indicated at checkout.


Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within the following time frame:

  • E-bikes: 1–2 business days

  • Accessories: 2–5 business days

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.


Estimated Shipping Time

  • Electric Bikes: 3–7 business days

  • Accessories: 7–15 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or high order volume.

Shipping Cost

We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).

Additional fees may apply for remote areas or special delivery requirements (if applicable).

Shipping Carrier

Orders are shipped from our US warehouse using reliable logistics partners such as FedEx or UPS, depending on destination and warehouse availability.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active after shipment.


Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at support@zorixbike.com  as soon as possible.

  • Before shipment: Address updates are free of charge.

  • After shipment: If the carrier allows address modification, a $20 processing fee per item may apply.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.


Order Cancellation

  • Before shipment: Orders can be canceled free of charge.

  • After shipment: If the order has already been shipped, return shipping costs may apply.

To avoid unnecessary charges, we recommend refusing the package upon delivery if you wish to cancel the order.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the package and product.

If a package is lost during transit, our support team will assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier as quickly as possible.


Shipping Restrictions

Due to shipping limitations, we currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes.


Additional Notes

  • Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on warehouse availability.

  • Shipping times may be affected during public holidays, peak seasons, or unexpected logistics delays.

  • All delivery times listed are estimates based on typical shipping conditions.
